Non-Disclosure
SeanCo will NOT release any client information, contracts, financial information, designs, logos, templates, blue prints, plans, specifications, programming or code to ANYONE outside of SeanCo unless written consent is given by the owner or client on any said contract. Security and privacy is a serious matter here at SeanCo.
Development Agreement
SeanCo may refuse work from any client at anytime due to personal conflicts of interest or materials presented. SeanCo may request at anytime, a contract to be signed in agreement to any clauses set to meet each contracts delivery and costs.
SeanCo may require a non-refundable down payment on projects for an amount no greater than 25% upfront.
SeanCo is in no way responsible for any content posted onto any systems created by SeanCo post delivery of said contract.

Hosting Agreement
By no means is SeanCo responsible for any content or materials posted or removed from any hosting clients website. For good measure, a website hosted by SeanCo may NOT contain content related to:
- Pornographic or Adult Materials
- Hate or Racism
- Warez or Cracks
- Illegal MP3's or copyrighted media materials
SeanCo is also not held responsible for outdated backups on a clients personal machine. If said client loses any data due to unsaved work, SeanCo is not responsible for holding a backup on our servers for longer than one week's time.
